A Shopify-based jewellery store consistently records very high sales, processing thousands of orders daily. However, the store was unable to manage its finances effectively because all bookkeeping was manual. While they did maintain financials on Zoho Books, every record had to be entered multiple times by their team. As their sales grew, this task just got more challenging. Here are the problems they faced, which were overcome by integrating Shopify with Zoho Books.

The Challenges

The following challenges affected the e-commerce store’s finance and operations, before automation.

For every transaction, the information had to be manually entered into Zoho Books. Due to the increase in daily orders, employees spent an enormous amount of time each week on bookkeeping alone.
