The internet is an overload of information, there was a need to businesses to group customers for efficiently reaching out messages and offers to them. Similarly, organizations needed to implement the same for their employees. Web and mobile iOS and Android applications for such business communication were developed initially. The application required design changes as well as an addition of features and functions. Assuring overall quality while keeping up with continuous changes was needed.
We carried out end to end testing and served as a quality gate for the development. Testing included system, integration, regression and performance testing. The development solution made use of frameworks based on Android, MERN (MongoDB, Express, React JS, Node JS). Mobile solutions were provided for direct selling companies. The main features built were Chat, Push Notification, Broadcasting, Automation, Customer Service and Profile Settings.
