Our Challenge
To build a high-performance system capable of handling thousands of requests every second. Etail operates in a SaaS environment, serving more than 1,000 retailers who sell through the platform, so every second matters. We needed to ensure the system remained reliable at all times. Another challenge was that each shop had its own branding and storefront requirements. Customizing the application separately for every retailer was impractical, so we needed to build a customizable Shop Now page using SaaS technology.
Our Solution
We developed a web application using microservices and multi-tenant architecture to ensure the system performance is not affected due to the web traffic. Also to handle the large number of product, inventory, and user data securely we adopt all possible security standards and continuously monitor them to provide a reliable service for customers.
